Things to Consider When Choosing a Shipping Method
1-Business Days:
All shipping time frames are based on standard business days (Monday – Friday).
2-DHL Shipping:
• DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box. A physical address is required for all DHL shipping methods.
• Be prepared for potential Advancement Fee surcharges from DHL if they are required to pay duties or taxes on your behalf before customs release. These fees will be billed to you, the recipient. Research your country’s customs procedures before purchasing.
3-Customs and Import Duties:
• We include a Customs Declaration Form with all international shipments, describing the package contents and value.
• Import duties, taxes, and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be controlled by HIDE PROJECT.
4-Returns Policy:
• Returns are accepted within two weeks of purchase.
• For returns from outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and customs fees.
• These charges must be covered by the customer; otherwise, the order will not be refunded.
5-Seasonal Delays:
Slight delays may occur during the holiday season, so plan accordingly.
